Stephanie Lynn Nicks (born May 26, 1948) is an American singer-songwriter.

It appears to be its own genre but it’s a genre that nobody has ever bothered to take up and run with (“We describe ourselves as a Dirge-March Band that shouts elephant parts. You should hear Trunk, we think it’s our best work”). But for a fleeting moment in a studio, two former blues-band members, a hippie chick and a couple of Americans who wanted to be different managed to strike gold. Stevie Knicks and the Fleet Wood Mac ensemble would then set that standard for what would turn out to be some of the greatest musical influencers of all time. The early tampering with electronic synthesis was also another hit factor that would some how find it was in to the ears of listeners and the people that Fleet Wood Mac gain recognition to inspire.
