Today as i sit here in front of my readers and decide weather or not to blog, i've decide to delve into some personal emotions and feelings and share some personal thoughts and interest of my own just for something different.

Over the past 11 weeks at school some of my most enjoyable classes have included talks about influences and inspirations and learning about the parallels of EDM, blogging and most importantly networking and making new friends, some of witch i would already class as family more so then just another student that i choose to hang around with.

With in my time spent at uni i try to use it as constructively as i can and absorb as much as humanly possible from each and every talented artistic student and teacher that i cohere with and am drawn to , wether it be networking or learning i come to realise that if we are not learning we are not growing and that every person we meet comes into our lives for a reason and if we simply take the time to listen we can surely find something that teaches us to grow and learn from.

As i sit here and ponder my own thoughts i ask myself what is it to blog?

What does it mean to my followers to be a blogger on my website?

Is blogging important? and finally

Does sharing personal info within these blogs really help me to share and express myself and my emotions to my fan base and my followers?

Ultimately i guess what i'm really asking myself is what is a blog?

The Websters dictionary defines blogging as writing about an event, feeling, emotion or simply being able to share a thought or an emotional with-in the confides of social media parallels through the magic of the internet.

What does it mean to be a blogger?

Personally i believe that blogging Is A Way to Run A Business. When it comes down to it, a blog is just a website. It allows you to communicate with an audience and spread a message.

Today, many people are running their entire businesses on blogs and gaining followers on social media and becoming quite successful within their own artist structure bye gaining a good fan bass and follower base purely and solely bye sharing their feelings and emotions that fans and followers can connect to personally and also within the world in that sense, blogging can be seen as a form of social networking service. as well i suppose.

Indeed, bloggers do not only produce content to post on their blogs, but also often build social relations with their readers and other bloggers, fans and followers. Many blogs provide commentary on a particular subject or topic, ranging from politics ,sports, music, film and tv, or just simply a place for people to go and have a massive bitch.

(please note that personally i don't like trolling or bitchiness and that is not what i am here for today ).

A blog can be a type of website or social media site , usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video.

Entries are commonly displayed in reverse-chronological order or in an order that can attack the attention of a very large fan base and following based purely on emotions, feeling or even trolling based on what that artist is choosing to share with the world.

So Is it important to blog when you are an artist?

If you think that you can leave your art to speak for itself without any help, think again. I believe that marketing your creativity is critical to any artist's success, and content marketing can help your work reach new audiences. But this means taking things a step beyond basic social media marketing and allowing yourself to be spilled onto your pages on a personal level where you can connect with your fans and share your personal experiances with them if you choose to do so.

I believe that blogging is the perfect platform to help you grow your creative career but is often underestimated by artists. If executed correctly, and consistently, a well-written blog can help skyrocket your career and open up a world of possibilities.Still not convinced ? well let me try to convince you to read on a little further i also believe now that

one of the keys to creating a successful brand is cultivating customer loyalty, and there's no better way to do that than by opening yourself up and sharing your knowledge.

People love connecting with the artist behind the art they enjoy, and you should view your blog as an opportunity to start a dialogue with your audience in a more meaningful, in-depth manner. Whether you want to share tips for success, give insights into your creative process, or share the personal story behind your latest projects, a blog is a fantastic platform to bring people closer to your work and let your fans and followers connect to your artistic nature and structure on a personal level were some may say it relates to them personally.

No one understands your art better than you, so why let someone else tell your story? Writing your thoughts and feelings on your work ensures that your projects are framed in the correct context, which will also help journalists to descriptively write about your pieces. Photographer Omar Z. Robles uses his blog as an outlet to share insights into his international photo shoots, giving glimpses of his motivation and helping audiences gain a greater emotional connection with his art and by consistently blogging, you'll be bringing those loyal followers onto your website, where you'll be posting your latest work and keeping them updated on your upcoming exhibitions and items for sale.

By giving them a reason to return, you're also making sure they're constantly exposed to all the great things you have going on creatively.

At the same time, as you begin growing your network, new opportunities may arrive organically. For instance, if you write an eloquent article explaining your latest installation and how it relates to environmental conservation issues, an organisation searching for a keynote speaker at its next conference may enjoy what you have to say—and extend an invitation.

Or an online magazine looking for illustrations of animals may stumble onto your site when searching for fresh talent based on the content you've written.

As you carve out a niche that mirrors your artistic practice, you'd be surprised by the new ventures that can come your way .

Enjoy your day guys and hope you enjoyed reading todays blog

Cheers guys xxx DjCandyApple
